Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using propsharps.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. PropSharps is operated by RL Calculations, LLC.

Nature of the Service

PropSharps provides free informational analysis and statistical opinions about Major League Baseball player props. The Site is for entertainment and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, or gambling advice. We do not accept or facilitate wagers.

Support the Site

PropSharps may accept voluntary financial support from users who appreciate the Site. By contributing any amount to Support the Site, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) Your contribution is a voluntary gift made without any expectation of goods, services, special access, or any specific benefit in return.

(b) Your contribution is NOT tax-deductible. RL Calculations, LLC is not a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization.

(c) All contributions are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where a payment is determined to be fraudulent.

(d) Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. By contributing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/legal.

(e) Your contribution does not grant you ownership, equity, voting rights, membership privileges, premium features, or any special access. PropSharps remains a free, fully public site regardless of contribution status.

No Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate at all times. Past picks and results do not guarantee future picks or results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropSharps and its operator (RL Calculations, LLC), its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Site, including but not limited to losses from gambling or betting decisions made based on information from the Site.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the Site, including any decisions to engage in sports wagering in jurisdictions where such activities are legal. You acknowledge that sports wagering involves risk and that you participate in such activities entirely at your own risk.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security, (c) scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site in a manner that unreasonably burdens our infrastructure, or (d) impersonate any person or entity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and analysis, is the property of RL Calculations, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. MLB team names, player names, and statistics are used for informational purposes only under fair use principles. PropSharps is not affiliated with Major League Baseball.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
