This Privacy Policy describes how PropSharps ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit propsharps.com. PropSharps is operated by RL Calculations, LLC.

PropSharps is designed to require as little personal information as possible. We have no user accounts, no logins, and no required sign-up to access the site.

Browsing data: We collect standard server log information through our hosting provider (Vercel), including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is collected automatically when you visit any website and is used for site operation, security, and basic performance monitoring.

Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous visit counting. This is our only analytics service. We do NOT use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party advertising or behavioral tracking.

Support payments: If you choose to support the site through Stripe, Stripe collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment details directly. PropSharps does not receive, store, or have access to your full payment card information. Stripe shares your email address with us solely for the purpose of sending receipts and confirming the transaction. We do not use your email for marketing, newsletters, or any communication beyond transaction confirmation.

What We Don't Collect

PropSharps does not maintain user accounts. We do not collect or store usernames, passwords, email addresses (other than via Stripe for support payments), demographic information, or any other personal data through the site itself. We do not require sign-up to view any content.

How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above to operate, maintain, and improve the site. Support payment information is used solely to process the transaction and send a receipt. We do not sell, rent, or share user information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Cookies

PropSharps uses minimal cookies necessary for site operation and Vercel Analytics. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party behavioral tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site functionality may be affected.

Data Retention

Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and operational purposes. Payment-related information is retained by Stripe according to their data retention policies.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding any personal data held about you, including the right to access, correct, or delete information. Because PropSharps itself holds minimal data, most such requests would be directed to Stripe (for any payment-related data).
